Details: Warm your hearts beside a romantic fire on our beautiful grounds overlooking the vineyards and Cayuga Lake. Seated at our outdoor cauldrons, you’ll start your visit with a toast of our Antonia Marie Sparkling. To follow, you’ll enjoy a course of food and wine pairings including our house-made chocolate bark and local cheese, both accompanied by a sample of one of our recent NY Wine Classic Gold Medal winners. Finally, warm up with a cup of hot cocoa mixed with our ever-delicious Blackberry Briar. Your experience will be capped off by a guided tour of our production facility, including a tank sample of a not-yet-bottled wine.

Bring your snowshoes, cross-country skis or hiking boots and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, build a snowman, enjoy the lawn games provided by us or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of the changing seasons in the Finger Lakes! Guests should dress for seasonal temperatures and take into account forecasted weather conditions.
