We have come to the conclusion that we are unable to safely host the 2020 Holiday Shopping Spree event. And yes, we’re just as bummed as you are! Emails have gone out to all who have purchased tickets for both event weekends, as well as Season Pass holders.
For those who purchased tickets, you will automatically receive a refund back to your original payment method. (Season Pass holders- you were emailed a breakdown to show how much refund you’ll receive for this event.) Our ticket agency, Showclix, will begin the refund process as of Thursday, July 23rd. Since we, sadly, aren’t the only ones who have had to cancel large events through them, refunds may take up to 30 days to show up in your account.
