We’re still here for the winter, but things are a bit different…

Download a print-friendly quick reference guide to the wineries’ policies and procedures here.

See below to see what each winery is offering. You can also check out each wineries website or Facebook pages to stay up-to-date on their offerings.

Some things to be cognizant of:

  • Per NYS Mandate, food must be served with your tasting. This is typically built right into your tasting fee, or for a nominal ala carte charge.
  • The wineries aren’t able to take groups over 6-10, as space is very limited when social distancing. Click here for more on group policies.
  • You may also have to wait for space to free up because, again, space is limited when socially distancing. A few wineries are requiring reservations (see below) and those take precedence over walk-ins.
  • Masks must be worn in all common areas until you’re sitting at your table/bar with wine. If you have to get up for any reason, your mask must go back on. This is mandated and not negotiable.
  • Each winery is operated differently so you may see protocols executed differently at different locations. All are being as safe as possible but will do what works best for their space and for their staff.
  • Some of the wineries will allow you to bring blankets or chairs to expand their outdoor space (see below), but you may not bring any alcohol from another location. No exceptions! See below for BYO food restrictions.
  • Pets are no longer permitted indoors, at least for now. They pose too much distraction from social distancing guidelines. In other words- their cuteness is too tempting and a quick scratch or doggy smooch seems worth breaking the rules for and we want to be as safe as possible.
  • Tastings are now required to be seated, though this isn’t a bad thing! Your day will be a bit slower-paced and you’ll likely visit fewer wineries, but your experience at each stop will be enhanced tenfold
  • Because the tasting experience has been elevated, the tasting fees have also gone up. You can expect to see prices between $8 and $12 dollars, with some falling outside of that range. Trust me, the new open-air experience is well worth it!

Don’t forget, you can also still call ahead for curbside pickup, and order your favorite wines for delivery right to your home!

This list offers a brief summary of each of the 14 member wineries in alphabetical order. Click here to view a map of the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. The letter next to each of their name corresponds with their spot on the map in both the brochure and the printable map .
